The students who challenge us most in education are the students who have problematic attachment patterns. Attachment disorders cause chaos, unhappiness and they seriously get in the way of learning for the individual and everyone in close proximity.
This twilight session will focus on:
- exploring the roots and outcomes of attachment disorders
- the strategies that we can use to immediately improve outcomes and also build better futures.
- the session will give you practical strategies that you can use straight away and that you can share with your colleagues to make learning even better in your setting.
You will also receive information resources to share with colleagues to maximise the impact of this training in your setting.
Who is the course for?
For SENCos, teachers from all settings, ELSAs, HLTAs, teaching assistants and anyone supporting young people in an educational setting.
