The Charlie Waller Memorial Trust, is a charity that provides mental health training talks, and resources to young people and those who work with or care for them.
The session will cover the following areas:
To consider what is meant by ANXIETY In the context of children and young people by:-
- Identifying the causes and triggers of anxiety in children and young people
- Examining how anxiety may play out within the classroom and broader school setting
- To consider strategies for supporting the anxious learner
This session will be delivered using a mix of information slides and film clips plus discussion exercises and a chance to share good practice.
